I've been unhappy with the Rib Eye steak for many months now, new cut of meat and well done instead of medium.
S.J. GonzalezOcak 23, 2016Bad service. 1st the waitress didn't get the right appetizer & she said well everyone else was ordering this other. Trying to pay her to get out & she was busy talking w/ coworkers. #disappointed
- Spoke to manager who said Chili's corporate removed their grill. All red meat is cooked on flat stovetop. Just doesn't taste the same.
The service in the Chili'z to go is very slow. Order at least 45 minutes ahead.
Service is rarely good. Need to get a manager who can keep things moving.
I would say this is the best chili's in the valley
Service sucks I went here and waited 15min never got served. I notified a waiter that we hadn't been served and they still never served me.
Worst service ever. Waited 50 minutes to get our food. Ruined the evening.
The service here is horrible and i found a bug in my tea!
