Group Exercise Class Descriptions
60 minute workout includes 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of stretch.

Cardio Sculpt
Burn calories in this total body aerobics and strength training class.
Cxworx
This quick and efficient half-hour core cross training class is choreographed to music and emphasizes toning the muscles of the core to improve functional strength, mobility and balance and assist with injury prevention. Cxworxtm is a high-energy workout that will challenge you physically and mentally and leave you feeling energized.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. This style encourages proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength and calmness.
Healthy Joints
Our certified physical therapist (jennifer Martin) leads this class through a series of strength exercises, mixed with stretching to help improve posture and body mechanics.
Step
A low-impact step session that will increase the heart rate and burn calories.
Strength Training
This class promotes strong bones, stability, flexibility and balance. It focuses on upper and lower body muscles often using weights, tubing, body bars and balls.
Total Body Conditioning
Get ready for this challenging strength training session designed to work the entire body by using weights, steps, and other equipment. (Advanced)
Zumba
A fusion of latin and international music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system that tones and sculpts the body.
Ab Lab
A 15-minute focused abdominal training session using a variety of strengthening tools, which may include stability balls, bosu, medicine balls, and weights.
Boot Camp
This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength and quickness.
Cardio Combat
Basic sports drills and challenges combined with kickboxing or other cardio exercises, will help you reach new levels of fitness.
Club Bones
Designed specifically for prevention of age related bone loss. improves balance, flexibility, posture and body mechanics. Taught by Jennifer Martin, pt.
Gentle Yoga
This class will move at a slower pace, offering more time to stretch deeply in each pose. Through the use of props, poses are held longer without strain.
Healthy Back
Our certified physical therapist (jennifer martin) leads this class through a series of movements that stretch and strengthen the back muscles.
Mat Pilates
This class strengthens the core abdominal muscles while opening the joints and releasing tension. Pilates classes emphasize concentration, precision movement, and breath awareness.
Step and Sculpt
A 60-minute class combining step and body sculpting exercises that will shape and define your entire physique.
Super Step
A highly intense choreographed step class designed for intermediate and advanced students.
Yoga
Performing various postures and breathing techniques, this practice will enhance body awareness while also increasing strength, flexibility, and balance.
