Go to Graziella's on a warm night and eat on the roof. If you sit on the side of the roof closest to the street, you can see the Manhattan skyline.
You'd be hard pressed to find cocktails this inventive and well executed anywhere else in the city. The crowd is more miss than hit, but the drinks are consistently a home run.
