- Theresa is amazing! If you want excellent service and someone who knows alot, go to her. She is in the far left desk inside Toyota in the service dept. Also, ask her about coupons and discounts!
- There are 2 service bays! The west bay, off Pearl St., has better trained mechanics on complicated cars like hybrids, than the other bay, according to the lady who answered the phone there.
- Every worker I see driving someone's car for service, they are talking on the phone. Not cool!
- There's a Yelp Deal that will save $25. However, must be shown to service manager who is in charge of your service. Cashier does not have the power to apply the discount on her own.
