LEC facility has a men's locker room with cold dip, hot whirlpool and steam room. And no one is EVER in there. It's like your own private spa.

Lunch and learn in the demo kitchen is like being on a food network show - great food and comedy included.
Cell phones not allowed, so you should not be on foursquare anyway :) lol
