Rob HavasyHaziran 14, 2015Many rooms are tiny, even after recent renovations. The updated lobby ruined all of the grand character this hotel had and turned it into a joke. What a shame.
Worst service I have had at a hotel. Room was supposed to be for 4 ppl and it didn't have a bed. Rude cleaning staff. No Wi-fi. Never come here!

Jonathan YarmisHaziran 15, 2010This hotel has seen better days. Internet not working, no cordless phone, old TV. Very disappointing, even for the money. Oh, and "premium" room has extra half bath (why??) And view...of a wall.
Cancelled flight? Park Plaza will make it alright.
