Great venue to watch a ballet. I've sat in almost every section & never a bad seat. I love all the the marble work & chrystal chandeliers. Gorgeous theatre. They also check ALL bags at the doors.

Samantha McDuffeeAralık 20, 2011If you get there late and you're, "on hold" ask about balcony seats for the current act instead of watching the screens. Still a great view and you can get your real seats after intermission.
Geoffrey GroveOcak 1, 2016Aisle seats on the outer aisles stagger outward giving an unobstructed view for children. You can also use booster seats that are provided for children to use.

Theater is very wide, so seats on extreme sides may be obstructed/limited view. But on the plus side, are likely discounted!
Al SŞubat 12, 2012Be respectful and courteous and don't take any pictures or use your cell phone during a performance. There's a reason the ushers get angry when you snap pics: It's rude and annoying.
CindyKasım 17, 2018Tthe theater was cramped. Our knees pushed into the seats in front of us causing us to be extremely uncomfortable. The theater seems to be a bit of a fire hazard with only one way out from upstairs.

The Nutcracker is the prettiest I've seen in the country. So far. Well done. Be sure to look at all the lovely renovations.
You are always in for an astounding evening with the Boston Ballet - be sure to make at least one of their productions!

Boston Ballet is in the house this Holidays with The Nutcracker! See this New England favorite and do some Holiday shopping while you're at it at the beautiful holiday shop!
Opened Oct 29, 1928 and it still looks amazing, with amazing performances coming this year!!!!
