Staff are very helpful and very polite. They were able to assist with fixing my girlfriends dress when it was missing a few buttons.There is also some ruins in the basement that you can cider for free

What a gorgeous property. We are taking a trip around the world to see all 7wonders and have stayed at belmond,ritz, 4seasons and other boutique 5 star properties and the staff here was 1st class!

This is an excellent hotel with great service. The front desk was very welcoming and lobby restaurant is great for a business meeting.

Excellent concierge. Nice large,clean rooms. Good location. Pool bathtubsize. Lousy pricy roof top bar, bad drinks, shower not working. When asked the staff just shrugged shoulders. Not price worthy.
