Get here before 10:00 am on the weekend if you want to use the free weights.- No real squat rack makes it a bummer. Slippery floor makes it impossible to do real floor exercise.
Total body sculpt at 5:30 on mon and Thursday. Best class ever
Love this place. Be sure to take pilates with Cheryl on Monday nights.
Check out the art floor on 2A in the summers. The children have the place energized.
