Zach HymanOcak 20, 2014The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is the best coffee I've had to date. Also, be sure to get a Gibraltar and take the extra shot on the side; the Gibraltar was superb, and the sidecar was incredibly flavorful.

September 13 is the Grand Opening for The Lobby. All day event, raffle drawing, cupping, tastings, good parings, latte throw down in the evening- Coffee should never be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. An air tight container in a dark environment that is room temp or slightly below is best!

- Beansmith is opening an Old Market location soon, which is awesome news. This shop is fantastic, just not the most convenient for me.
- When coffee is scored it uses a 100 point scale similar to wine
