Chicken Wings

Twice cooked for tenderness then tossed in your choice of sauce. Served with celery and ranch or bleu cheese dip.

Fried Pickle Chips

Thick sliced kosher dill pickles lightly fried golden and served with a jerk ranch dipping sauce.

Fried Green Tomatoes

Local green tomatoes fried golden and topped with red pepper aioli.

Tiki Shrimp

Bite-size shrimp tossed in your choice of sauce served with ranch or bleu cheese dip.

Ancho chili and espresso roasted pork loin, apple wood smoked ham, melted Swiss cheese, mustard and pickle on a grilled Gambino's hoagie. Served with black beans and rice.

Spicy Chicken Tender Sandwich

Chicken tenders fried crispy then tossed in your choice of sauce and served on a toasted bun with 2 slices of smoky bacon, melted pepper jack and cheddar cheese, topped with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. Served with ranch and crispy fries.

Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Wrap

Roasted then sliced chicken breast, or 2 fried chicken strips, crispy smoked bacon, and homemade ranch dressing wrapped in a cheddar jalapeño tortilla with lettuce, tomato, onion and cheddar cheese. Served with fries.

World Famous Tacos

Served with tropical slaw, black bean and corn salad, and Creole aioli in two warm tortillas. Choose Blackened Fish, Crunchy Shrimp, Fried Green Tomato, Fried Oyster, or Fried Lobster.

Fish Sandwich

A huge tilapia fillet grilled to perfection, blackened, or fried crisp and flakey atop our toasted bun with caper mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Served with fries.

Jerk Chicken Sandwich

A boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated in jerk seasoning overnight, then char-grilled. Served on a toasted bun topped with pepper jack cheese and pineapple salsa and a side of golden fries.

Mardi Gras Po Boys

All piled high on authentic toasted New Orleans Gambino's 10 inch hoagie bun with shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, and Creole remoulade. Choose fried Shrimp, Oyster, Lobster, or Green Tomato.

Beach Bum Burgers

All served with fries, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickle, unless otherwise specified. Choose Angus Beef, Turkey Burger, Black Bean Burger, or Crab Cake Burger. Enhance (extra) with American, cheddar, pepper jack, Swiss, or bleu cheese, BBQ sauce, jerk sauce, Creole aioli, green chilies, jalapenos, or a fried onion ring, bacon, avocado slices, or fried egg.

Charlie's Fish and Chips

Meaty strips of cod, fried golden and served on a bed of chips (fries) , with a side of house-made tartar sauce.

Blackened Redfish

Blackened Redfish fillet topped with a Creole crab and shrimp cream sauce served on Cajun grit cakes with seasonal vegetables.

Cajun Shrimp & Grits

Blackened jumbo shrimp on cheesy shrimp grits with andouille sausage topped with tobacco onions and a Cajun beurre blanc.

Grilled Snapper

Butter flied snapper with tail on, grilled and served with tropical rice and seasonal vegetables.

Fried Oyster Dinner

Dusted in seasoned flour and lightly fried, served on a bed of golden fries with cocktail sauce.

Fried Shrimp Platter

A pile of hand breaded jumbo shrimp on top of golden fries with house-made cocktail sauce and a side of slaw.

Creole Crab Cakes

Two crab cakes made with lump and claw crab meat, and creole seasonings; served on rice with vegetables and Creole aioli.

Charlie's Jerk Chicken

Two boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated in our Caribbean jerk seasoning, then char-grilled and topped with pineapple salsa and served on black beans and rice.

Fried Clam Dinner

Golden fried clam strips served atop a pile of fries with slaw and house-made cocktail sauce.

Weekend Special - Smoked Prime Rib

Every Friday and Saturday night (after 5 pm, while supplies last) we will have our amazing smoked prime rib. Cut to order and served with smoked au jus and creamy horseradish sauce, with seasonal sides from Corner Spring Farms.

Desserts

Chocolate Brownie

Chocolate chunk brownie topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, then traced with chocolate and raspberry swirls.

Calypso Coconut Pie

Creamy custard and coconut, enhanced with a bit of Caribbean rum in a graham cracker crust.

Key Lime Pie

Puckerlicious key lime filling in a graham cracker crumb crust served with whipped cream on top.

Rum Cake

A classic Caribbean dessert, drizzled with a rum caramel sauce.
