The atrium is beautiful with the ivy surrounding the area. Perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or lunch.

Employees who bike to work can access the bike room at the 43rd St loading dock. 16 bikes racks on first come first served basis. Overflow room holds another 20!
Public sitting area facing 6th ave is a great place to people watch while eating breakfast.

Check out the public space on the first floor. It should come in handy during the winter. Brrrrrr.

Pretty spartan office tower, considering how new it is- Avoid the long/cramped lines at the Starbucks on 6th and 42nd. One just opened on the north side of the building on 43rd

- A real popular place, even for non-employees. Might be the only place where the current mayor (Alex N.) checks in.
- FYI: One Bryant Park Building ID required to use the bike rooms.
