Ashley StaffordNisan 22, 2013Small Group (5 or less) Personal Training is a great way to do Personal Training but save some $. Ervin is a great Personal Trainer to do this with! He gives lots if personal attention even in group!

Kickboxing is on heavy bags and the yoga class is amazing. If you want to spin get there early to reserve a bike.
