My favorite spot for yoga in Brooklyn heights. Classes usually never too full and 90% of time the teachers give you little head massage at the end of class in a non creepy way.

I love this spot for a quick class after work. Instructors are awesome and not hard to get a spot.

Take one of Miya's classes, she's a great teacher! Low pressure and she'll gently correct your position if you need help.
