Eduardo ColleHaziran 18, 2014This is one of the worst airlines I've ever used. Their website says a thing and at the check in they'll do another. They have a baggage embargo and won't let you know even if you check-in in advance.
Stephen MillerNisan 3, 2019While I normally fly United, due to American’s lack of direct flights into Denver; I thoroughly enjoyed this airline and trip. Smiles, seating, and better planes.
They fly about as many flights per day as United, but have fewer frequent flyers at the top level, so you're more likely to get an upgrade

Left United for American 10 years ago and haven’t looked back.

Nice experience but not necessary unless the lines for security are long.
