Great looking spot but the cocktails are let down by their use of shitty ice. Order the sazerac - no ice means it's the best drink on the menu.
They don't know how to poach an egg but the food was pretty good overall. Try the warm salmon "salad" which is more like a steak on a bed of rucola with a generous portion of avocado. Great view.

Coffee is Lavazza & therefore nothing to write home about but these guys poach a good egg & the window-facing armchairs upstairs are simply amazing. One of Tallinn's best brekkie spots.

The cocktails are no better than the rest of the average fare in Tallinn & the food is on the average side but the view is breathtaking & it's probably the best service I've experienced in Europe.
Interestingly, one part of this park is designed in a French style and the other in an English style. Very cool contrast.

Solid new addition to the Tallinn bar scene. The owner is passionate and friendly which is a huge plus. Ask for the sazerac without ice as the stock order includes an ice cube (but shouldn't).
The banchan isn't complimentary & the bibimbap isn't the traditional preparation but the food certainly tastes good & both the service & atmosphere are pleasant.
