The fireplace @ their lounge is the best part of a busy day in NYC. The staff is always very friendly, and the rooms are great. Loved staying here!!

Excellent service by very friendly people. The loose earl grey tea and iced blood orange tea are both excellent choices.

Fiquei 10 dias aqui e achei perfeito. Se vc não quer comer aquele monte de café da manhã todos os dias de sua viagem, esse é o local. Tem microondas no quarto e lavanderia no subsolo pra vc se virar.

Decepcionada! Não limpam os quartos.Tiraram o lixo pq pedimos! Já estamos ha 4 dias. A recepção alegou q a limpeza é feita 1 vez por semana ! Não pretendo voltar e nem recomendo!
