    "Pretty busy after 5pm. Overall nothing fancy but plenty of SF and equipment to do just about any workout you'd like. Very few classes/etc if you are into that and no CrossFit dedicated room."

    "The best mountain bike trail from North Salt Lake to Ogden. Single track and gorgeous. 2,500 feet up to the very top (Rudy's Flat) with an epic descent. Watch for hikers and runners though!"
