Shops are so-so, some cool restaurants on the perimeter...but see it for the architecture alone. Make sure to view it from the north side with the ramps.
Tip: This place has no arcade; if you want to see or play arcade games, then head across the street to the poster & arcade spot or pinball place. Both are super fun (prices very $5-$15 for the day).
