A note to all visitors. If you are bringing a whole big family to the hospital, please do not take all the chairs in the ward for yourself and your family. We are entitled to one chair per bed.
Service is quite good. The queue is sometimes short but today is very long and the estimated waiting time of 30mins is very misleading as the wait is about 1.5hrs...😞
A hospital that is like my 2nd home since 1988. An ok hospital but is a hospital that get sued the most for medical malpractices. So, make medical decisions carefully here & always get 2nd opinion.
If u are bringing kids to the hospital, make sure u get ready an activity bag for them so tt they dnt get bored n u dnt spend so much in the bkshops to keep them entertained till u c the doctor.
Parking is very limited. A lot of people movement everywhere. Service is however good, compared to SGH which I go to all the time. At least the doctors here are so much more polite and friendlier
The Chinese food stall at the staff canteen has finally changed hands after more than 10yrs of bland cooking! But try the Muslim food - it's arguably the best food stall there.
Take note that the drink vending machines provide cups that are too thin for hot drinks. If you have an empty cup, put your hot cup into the empty one so you can hold it without scalding yourself.
If there's a vote, I'll vote this is the worst service hospital ever. Called n Waited for abt 10min for a nurse to arrive!! If nt an emergency, we won't ring for help!
