Great eclectic decor. The wine is tasty and you don't even realisr when you get tipsy. The owner is not so cool, make sure you give the tip directly to the waitress otherwise the owner takes it.
The food is good every time, the service is fast, there is a nonsmoking area. 👍 the prices are lower than in similar places in Bucharest.

Spent 5 hours there and didn't see it all. Take 1 day for it. It seemed that the parrots were sad in their small cages and the whales too, in their small aquarium. Other than that, it was really nice.
Recommended: tomato kebap, chicken skewers, sultan salad, hummus, dessert: sultan spesyal. Also, turkish tea and a small selection of appetisers comes from the house.
Incredible long and wide beach, the gulf keeps the water calm. There are palm trees for shade and some places where you can buy a snack and a drink. Lots of parking places available for free.
