TransLink's offices are actually in Metrotower II, but the Google Map just won't display it in the right location. Leave the station toward the mall on the upper level, then go toward the towers!
Good place to get a good expresso though and even though the service is slow it's because it's a popular place and alot of people go there...but go when it's not busy is the trick.
