- Basboosa with fresh cream was light and creamy inside
- Banoffee mini : fair amount to one person, fluffy and light but I preferred without the dark chocolate chips

Mango raspberry trifle 9/10...Matilda chocolate cake 6/10 (I prefer sweeter)
- Banofe is still my fav. I tried sodogana was a little bit sweety than what it should be, cream brule 6/10
