They have a really good circuit workout called the "30 minute workout" and the cardio equipment is pretty up to date so you are getting more than enough for the price of the membership.

You really can't beat the price. You get all the nice equipment and a pretty good atmosphere for half the price or less than those other chain gyms.

Take advantage of the trainer if you can, they helped me with a plan designed for what I was hoping to accomplish.

Not a lot of free weight equipment. The bathrooms and showers aren't clean every day. Showers aren't hygienic and always something falling apart( handles, drain filters).
