Best locally owned Ice Cream parlor. It's been around for a long time and even though the prices are a bit high, the quality is superb. Great place to share a treat on a date ;~)
Lindsay BovshowTemmuz 4, 2012I worked here for 3 years in high school. Best quality icecream in SB hands down. Decadent FLAVORS! There is also WOWCOW frozen yogurt. Fat free, Sugar free, Dairy free, and INCREDIBLY tasty. DO IT!

Ridiculously over-priced ice cream but tasty. $15 for two cups of two-flavor ice cream.
