It's a guys gym - but that's not a bad thing. Free weights galore. A little crowded. People are super nice and non judgmental. Lots of people working out with trainers.
Great pricing, barebones gym has everything you need except that it can get very very hot beyond comfort level. Also a way higher male to female ratio so as a girl doing weights can sometimes be hard.

Hotel CacaoOcak 27, 2015Mid City Gym & Tanning is very good trainers to help you and not just make money and the gym is well equipped too with a very good location- This place has got free weights and high calorie shakes. You can also find protein bars and barbells and expend your energy on a tread mill and then power up with an electrolyte filled supplement.

I FN LOVE THIS PLACE! Staff is awesome, lots of friendly types working out along side you.. New equipment and super affordable!
It's one of the few gyms on the west side, in hells kitchen, but it doesn't disappoint.

Very ghetto at night! Always smells like fried chicken and onions
