Skip the beef dishes that are too well-done and focus instead on the tender pork belly and the flavorful duck.
Houston RuckŞubat 5, 2011The rice ball (occasionally vegetarian), is best when grilled. The heat toasts the rice kernels and results in a nice nutty flavor.
The wasabi ice cream tastes like cold wasabi. But after a few bites, you've had enough wasabi. Worth trying though.
