Ian Covey: Stayed at the attached inn for a night, so grabbed a few steins before bed. Lager Rauchbier stands up to Schlenkerla's, but Ungespundetes was incredibly unique and delicious.
Ian Covey: Fantastic selection of Belgian beer (even in Bruges). Bonus points for being waited on by the server/owner who would also wait on Michael Jackson when he came in (look for the picture on the wall!)
Ian Covey: This really is the only cafe to legally buy the legendary Trappist Westvleteren beers, one of which (Westvleteren 12) is considered the best in the world. Go here and you be the judge. Very busy.
Ian Covey: In an area known for producing "the best beer in the world" (Westvleteren 12), there just so happens to be another fantastic brewery. All kinds of eclectic styles, many world class examples. Go!
Ian Covey: Really cool new spot to grab a pint in Saint John; in addition to several Picaroons varieties, one can also occasionally find other NB beer on tap - and in bottles!

Ian Covey: While in an incredibly sketchy part of town, Cantillon is not to be missed by any serious craft beer lover. Take the tour of the world-renowned lambic brewery (replete with cobwebs!), then taste away!
Ian Covey: While I haven't been to them all, I would hazard to guess this is a contender for best sour beer bar in the world. Outside of Zwanze Day, you're not likely to find more Cantillon anywhere. Magical.
Ian Covey: Bit of a secret spot (hence the name), but nice and quiet with cabin rentals and a full lodge with kitchen/dining room and large deck. Uncle's Summer wedding here was fun.
Ian Covey: One of the coolest places to hang out in Charlottetown, especially if you like craft beer and its disciples. Board games, fun events, tasty beer. Stop in for bottles or growlers.
Ian Covey: Finally a brewery in Fredericton with a proper taproom. A wide range of beer styles to choose from, grab a taste or a growler and you'll be happy.
Ian Covey: Really cool little brewery with a small kitchen worth hanging out at for a couple hours, if you can. Beers are innovative and well-crafted, especially anything barrel-aged.

Ian Covey: Brewery tour with samples included. State of the art facility, becoming one of the biggest craft beer producers in the U.S. Really enjoyed it here.
Ian Covey: Vibe here is super cool. Beer is fantastic. Extremely bike friendly. Really nice patio with firepit, food truck on-site. Lots of space, beer and merchandise to go. Excellent!

Ian Covey: Cheeses were excellent, but really remember having a beer epiphany here while in Colorado for Great American Beer Fest. New Belgium's Le Terroir: dry-hopped sour beer on tap, oh my god.
