You "can't" bring in outside food or beverages. If you water bottles get taken tell the head of your organized event.Some staff is super sweet, some are jerks. There is no inbetween.

Centrally located (downtown), several entrances, skywalk, parking garage, near restaurants, fairly big and employees are friendly (very conversational).
