30AEATS.com • Mart 30, 2014They change the oil several times a day. Chicken is brined in buttermilk 24 hours before frying. Delicious Crispy Fried Chicken, Fish, Oysters, and Shrimp. Even liked the hushpuppies! Try the burger!
