Meggan McCarthyEylül 21, 2013Staff is super friendly and helpful, however, since they moved to Nimitz, be prepared to wait in line...to pick up your car...to drop off your car...and to hop on the shuttle back to the airport.
Simone BennettOcak 13, 2013Due to construction, unless you are a Dollar Club member you don't get checked in anymore in a nice A/C building. Kahului on Maui & Kona on Big Island R still indoors w/ A/C. Service still friendly!
KATIE GAğustos 24, 2014A hot mess at noon rush hour. Waited an hour outside on asphalt for the car we reserved well in advance. Wait was 2 hours or more when we returned the car.

Lolitta PulidoHaziran 24, 2014Awful place to rent a car if your in a hurry to get going. Extremely long wait to get the car even with reservations. Shuttle to and from airport. Cheapest car rental we could find.

Michael WanAralık 14, 2010I wasted time looking for a vehicle inspection slip to fill out & went to front desk to ask. They said in Hawaii, they don't deal with those forms. Every vehicle is inspected on return.
