My tip is to hope Zachery is your Waiter, not that I've ever had bad service, but he went Above & Beyond All Levels of Customer Service for a Awesome Night!

Slow service for about the 100th time I've come. Mid-county/ Nederland is a thousand times better!

Worst service...we will eat only in Nederland or Baytown from now on...won't come back to the Beaumont location. There was even another customer that walked out because he couldn't get waited on.
