The scramble with basil is out of this world... I have dreams about it. Also, the brew over ice coffee is like crack and makes me bug out, but it's also the most delicious in the neighborhood!

Mike WilliamsTemmuz 5, 2011Music was fine actually. Some post punk and first wave xm radio station. Nice place to read and sip on a cafinated beverage with an array of desks and tables. What you expect from a modern BK cafe.

New owners, now called Cafe Edna. Awesome outdoor seating, friendly staff, delicious egg wraps still the same.
My favorite coffee in this area. The food looks awesome, but I haven't tried it yet.
Sad. They revamped the place and in doing so lost a huge amount of character. No more mix n match chairs or funky school desks. The metal tables and dark wood chairs seem West Elm-ish.
Seems like a def improvement over cafe royal. No one is here, but can imagine in a few weeks it might be very decent and busy.

Iced coffee is great for summer and the peppermint patty is amazing in the winter!- The back/side door in the room with all the tables doesn't open; despite the postit that says so, 95% of patrons will try unsuccessfully.

Wifi is now limited to number of hours versus the amount of money you spend (I.e $10 for 2 hours of wifi.) It's stupid slow and shows crazy packet loss. Time to find a new place to work, over it.
Tara TaraEylül 25, 2014I have officially stopped going here because of the untrained staff and their disappointing (lousy) espresso drinks. Do not - I repeat - do not order anything made w/ espresso or you will regret it.- The veggie sausage breakfast burrito is dope and cost-effective!
Try the orange brioche, it's light and fluffy but also filled with the glorious sin of gooey custard!
The spicy simple syrup goes great with their chai.
try the quiche with a soy chai and sit outside with friends. Great Brunch!

Laurie BurkittTemmuz 9, 2010Stick to the drinks here. The food, while it looks appetizing and so promising, leaves much to be desired. Portions are small and the flavor doesn't warrant the prices. Coffee, however, is fantastic!
