Gwen has been the best!! When she found I needed to leave the hotel at 6am and their breakfast doesn't start at the hotel till 7. She made sure and had everything prepared and ready so I could eat!

Phenomenal hotel! I stay here every trip to Chicago. It's worth it to get a room in the 'Annex'. You won't be disappointed.
