Awesome store!!! Had two man amazing band playing...my son got a picture and autograph from mike which was VERY friendly! Display items were neat to look at!
This is an excellent place with a ton of interesting items, each of them with its own story. You may have heard of this place from the TV show 'American Pickers'. You may even meet a TV star! Great!
This is a store owned by one of the guys on the History channel show: American Pickers. Lots of interesting stuff (from the show), in an interesting part of Nashville too!
Pretty cool to visit one of the shops of the “American Pickers”.A few of the items they’ve purchased on the shows are there. It’s a little small but neat and they have retail Merch available as well.
I heard it was small...was not quite expecting it to be this small. Nice selection of antiques. Don't forget to bring your deep pockets. Lots of souvenirs and goodies to pick from, too!
Not only a tourist destination for the American Picker fan, this shop (from History Channel’s star picker Mike Wolfe) is filled to the brim with antique collectibles and thoughtfully repurposed pieces Daha fazlasını oku
If you enjoy the show American Pickers, this is a must-see shop in a very trendy area of Nashville. So many cool things to see and the staff is very helpful...
Great little store! A lot of the items were featured on the show and it's cool to remember the episode and everything that happened with the item. I love that everything you see is for sale as well.
Be sure to check out the rest of the cool building while you are here. There is a lot of neat history and art up in hallways that tell all about Marathon Motor Works!
I'm a big fan of the show, but also a poor college kid, so the fact that the antiques were expensive and sparse and the TV show swag was cheap and plentiful was fine by me. In rust we trust!
We thought it was fun live music. Cool stuff from the shows. We are pickers ourselves stopping in from the127 hwy yard sale. So this is like going to the mothership.
Neat to look at some of the items, but a quarter of the store was "Mike's personal collection/not for sale" and half of the store was their merchandise ex: tshirts, hats, stuff with their name.
There is an even mix of antiques (some seen on the show and sons not) and Mike and Frank merchandise. It was basically exactly the store we were anticipating.
We were there...lines a city block long waiting to get in the place. Changed our mind and went to Belle Meade instead. At least we saw the AA building!
Positive: Great style. Negative: Not what I consider an antique store...very small Anthropologie man cave with lots of logo product rather than antiques for purchase...half of merch not for sale.
It's a souvenir store. The antiques they do have are mostly not for sale. Even the employees are embarrassed. They refer to "stocking" this store constantly on their show. What a sham!
Pretty disappointing actually. Very little "picked merchandise" but plenty of American Pickers t-shirts, key chains and such. I don't begrudge Mike and Frank for cashing in but I was hoping fore more.
If you're expecting to be able to buy anything like what you see on the TVshow American Pickers forget it!!! Go to some out of the way antique shops instead. I was so disappointed and unimpressed.
Was very disappointed by this stop. Most "picked" items are not for sale. Mostly a shop to sell t-shirts, hats and other branded merchandise. Would be hard pressed to return again.
Don't waste your time. One small room full of curated junk that is mostly "for display only" of course, if you want an old Singer sewing machine, or a T-shirt promoting the shop they have those.
