Auto 20% gratuity on cards. Tell manager if you're unhappy before the bill comes. Poor service defended by management.

Place has gone downhill faster than the Red Sox. Used to enjoy my time here but not coming back after last few trips. Too many better options in NY.

Too expensive. $30 food and drink minimum to use credit card. Did not honor Swarm coupon. Overrated!
