Wheel and hand pottery classes here for a reasonable price plus tons of open studio time to practice on your own.

Love the Zumba, Hip Hop, Salsa and Pilates classes!- Be careful swimming. The lifeguards are reactive and not pro-active so if you are headed for a collision, they will offer you an icepack AFTER and won't try to stop it before!
If you're an old guy, just hang out in the locker room with your balls proudly on show. It seems to be a rule.

During the week, get there at 5am or after 10sm for a swim - Between 6am and 9am, it's a bit crowded.- One of the best lap pools in the city - Lap swimming from 5am to 3:45pm. No excuse not to get your laps in!
- The classic experience. Cheap clean hotel, great gym, neighborly feel. The Village People were right.
- West Side Seido Karate - Tues /Thurs 7:30-9:30pm & Sat 1:30-2:30pm
Core Training on Saturday mornings is a great start to my weekend.
- Nicola MedranoAralık 2, 2013Expensive. Keep increasing prices & services diminishing.. For ex, holiday weekends they cut out as many classes as possible to save money . Schedule sucks! Closes at 745?? Is this NYC?Look elsewhere.
The yoga class on Thursday's at 1 is very rejuvenating.
