Freddy: To start with, the TAKO YUKI maki which is stuffed with octopus tartar, avocado and tuna flambé plus the sashimi (salmon) is la crème de la crème. You can't go wrong with this duo. Also the NIKUWOKI!
Freddy: Grilled alpaca is a must! Tender and free from fats. I was very delighted to try it. It was new to me and it totally lived up to my expectations.
