This place is the real deal! Come here to experience true authentic Thai flavors. You won't be going back to your neighborhood Thai place again. The fried chicken/shrimp dumplings are everything!!

A longstanding NYC favorite for Thai food lovers. Everything is good, as long as you order it as it's supposed to be ordered — spicy. Thai iced tea counteracts the heat. Khao soi is notably excellent.

The menu is a sprawling pan-regional affair, but the attention to detail is exacting, the spice level bombastic, yet it is tempered by a particularly gentle price point. Daha fazlasını oku

Where do I start? SPP is hands down the best Thai in NYC. Try the sautéed duck in basil and Massaman curry. Larp is also fantastic. Buy the chili shrimp paste to go and put it on everything!

Best Thai food outside of Bangkok. The menu is huge & intimidating but take your time and rest assured your food will be delicious. Best items: Crispy Chinese watercress salad & veg/tofu Penang curry.

Come to Sripraphai for a chance to try Isan Thai cuisine. Dishes are spicy, sweet, and bold - you've been warned. Order the somtum, the khao soi, and the crispy watercress salad.

Why? Spices are less muted & the herbs fresher than at most Thai restaurants. Boldly flavored dishes, try the sauteed "drunken'' noodles, the roasted duck salad, the pickled barbecued pork Daha fazlasını oku

Get the lunch special. $13.99 for a lot of food -- appetizer, soup, entree AND thai tea. So good! If you don't like spicy, get your food mild.

Everything, but the papaya salad is especially worth dying for. If you're not into crazy spice, be sure to ask how spicy the dishes are and ask them to tone it down. Otherwise, you'll burn.

Ignore talk of "pilgrimages" & "worth the trip." The best ethnic food is always where immigrant folk actually live. Over 20 yrs old Sri has kept true to its flavors from when it was a hole in the wall

Try a) Gang Tai Pla (Southern; spicy) b) Sautee sator (Southern; smelly) and c) Gang Liang (Central). As for fish, Thai people generally order it fried with no topping or steamed w/ chili & lime juice

The decor may be a bit off-putting at first, but you will only have eyes for the scrumptious food once it arrives. Love heat? Ask for the salads "Thai spicy." Like it mild? Duck noodle soup's for you!
