Barry's reflects what millennials care most: efficiency. The class sure does get you sweat, but the floor (aka weight) portion pays 0% attention to your body alignment and correct posture.
Expect to run an 11 on the treadmill then lift immediately after for the best workout of your life! Pro tip: Ask to start on the floor to avoid the crowd and skip stretch to avoid the shower line.
If you're a ClassPasser—they don't offer all times on CP, and the CP spots fill up fast. For flexibility in times, I recommend buying Barry's class packages.
If you just want to work out for the sake of working out, Barry's does it job well. But if you're an athlete and/or want to train for performance, strength, and power, avoid this place at all cost.
