Absolute favorite Mercado in Madrid. Lively and fun. Great selection of tapas and drinks so there's something for everyone and every taste. Plan to spend a few hours.
Amazingly fresh & inventive food. Recommend prawns with shiso & mango, scallop and calamari tostada, veggies with cured fish, asparagus, Thai fruit dessert and spiced chocolate with chili. All superb.
Excellent shrimp tacos, great craft beer selection - the kind I'm used to getting in NYC. Open and airy interior with large tables and a few cushion arm chairs. Highly recommend.
Very cozy. Excellent food and service. We had the pulpo, ceviche and tuna tartare and all were delicious.
