The hotel is a historic landmark. Very comfortable, excellent staff, good breakfast, PERFECT location. Don't forget to climb its tower for the best view of Firenze.
There are many beautiful cities in the world. But Firenze is definitely no.1 - history, museums, parks, shopping, bazaars, food...marvelous
Wonderful ice-cream, if other places get 9, this place deserves at least 9.5. Hand-made cones are very very good. We loved the place, especially the cinnamon. Very highly recommended

Brand new hotel with excellent amenities. But they need to hire properly English speaking staff and serve good coffee (not as an extra at the breakfast).
Tomato/pesto bruschetta, pesto lasagna, cappricciosa pizza, pesto gnocchi, panna cotta were all very good. A bit crowded but excellent location. Who gave these low scores?
An unforgettable place. I love all the pasta dishes and the tirami-su. Buy one of their cookbooks and olive oil as well.
