aside from their excellent inventory of pianos, the 3rd floor has near-perfect acoustics. a regular venue of musical events.
go in the morning. better selections of meat and chicken. they are also complete for any other ingredients you may require to cook your meat or chicken dish (sauces, spices, pasta, etc.).
this is a members' only club. if you are fortunate enough to have a member sponsor you, you will be rewarded.
you can order the cheese from the display freezer and have them serve it with honey.
efficient. there is a numbering system. enough seats. the aircon can be a problem since it's directed downwards towards the people seated.
surprising variety of food, and definitely not the kind that you find in chain restaurants.
this is a regular meeting place for bikers and drivers going south. the only downside is that in the early morning the sun hits the front almost in a parallel line to the ground. can get hot!
bring your own bag. there are checkout counters for customers who bring their own bag.
there is basement parking in the same building, but may be full. you might have to park at the nearby Uptown mall.
place gets full early (even the tables on the hallway, but sometimes if the outside tables are occupied, you can still find some empty tables inside.
members with registered vehicles are given RFID stickers, so that the barriers to members-only parking open unattended.
surprisingly good food. recommended : dimsum cart & pansit malabon.
some stalls (not all) are open 24x7. useful to know for those emergency flower purchases, or when you can't sleep & want to buy new plants/flowers.
good selection of grocery items, specially those needed for international cuisine preparation. if you're shopping here, try to park at the parking entrance near the supermarket.
