the only building materials they do not have on display is sand, gravel and cement. and i wouldn't be surprised if they sell those too.
sunday mornings they allow dining on the sidewalks. not necessarily on the street, but millennials use this to display their cars & occasional motorcycles.
Parking is a challenge. Be prepared to be surrounded by those offering to lead you to a parking space for a tip.

reasonably safe venue for face-to-face meetings in the Mindanao Avenue area. if you're coming from Manila or from the South, you can take the time-saving (but expensive) route via NLEX exit Mindanao.
although the Makati branch is well-stocked, those looking for hummus will be advised to proceed to Brera's Alabang branch at Molito.
