This has made my list of Best items I've eaten in NJ. I prefer the red sauce with it but its amazing on its own. These guys hit the perfect temperature every time.
Part of my "Best items I've eaten in NJ" list, is Santouka,s Super Melty Pork with Salt Ramen. Only made better by the Mitsuwa market it's located in, it's like traveling to another country for 40min.

Satis's Croque Madame is part of my "Best items I've eaten in NJ" list. With a perfect grilled char on the bread, a beautiful sunny side egg on top and served by an actual French server. Legit.

"Best items I've eaten in NJ" is Madison's French Onion Soup Dumplings. Rich FO soup flavor actually explodes from each dumpling and is cleverly presented in an escargot dish to look like FO soup
Hamilton's Potato Pierogis are perfectly pan fried and served with caramelized onion and a truffle sour cream. The complexity of sweet n savory, hot n cold, soft n crisp textures all dance perfectly.
The Mozzarella en Carozza is one of the "Best items I've eaten in NJ". It's an incredibly simple item but no one has served one better to me than Casa Di Napoli. Bravo!
Everyone I've ever talked about Paisano's with, knows about the Stuffed Pork Chop.Oven roasted, stuffed with gorgonzola, prosciutto, walnuts, and figs, in a light maple glaze. Best stuffed Pork Chop!
I was fortunate enough to try their pineapple upside down cheesecake. Minus the pineapple, it was the best cheesecake I've ever eaten but know that I'm not a cheesecake fan.
