Simran Jaising: affordable, chinese american staples. great for family style dining and groups.

Simran Jaising: transcendence. the river cafe places you in a time and a place of the 40s. beautiful view of the water. soft piano, impeccable service, classic, early american cuisine. for a meaningful date.

Simran Jaising: seafood papaya salad has succulent raw blue crab. tom kha gai is ever flavorful. drunken noodles in spicy basil--pad kee mao is best I've had.

Simran Jaising: kari laska. top in nyc. right consistency, depth of coconut, fishiness, spice, and ratio to noodles.

Simran Jaising: growing up i couldn't resist their sprinkle-covered meringues. their baked goods are good, but if you like sweet sugary meringues, this is your place.

Simran Jaising: Indian american specialties. Tikka masala. naan. this is jackson heights for dummies...but Hilary clinton dined here, if that kinda info is impt to you.
