Tried the new "Philly" burger special - while the beef was great, it was literally 2 kid's meal grilled cheese sandwiches with a patty stuffed between them & a few charred onions. Bland & messy.
Friendliest and most helpful post office I've seen. Of his own accord, Peter helped me stuff my gifts into a flat rate box & tape it together. & Hispanic cashier lady very polite, friendly, helpful.
Perhaps it was late at night, but it definitely wasn't service with a smile. The gelato was good (pistachio) and the price was right though!
Everything! Breakfast outstanding - mini croissants, location perfect, quiet, comfy beds, clean large showers and rooms, and best of all, genuinely warm and caring service!
Sfogliatelli absolutely amazing. Delicate, lightly sweet, unique. Going to get two more tomorrow (€2 each)
Excellent service, inexpensive (€70 in Nov), delicious fruit breakfast. Ensure owner turns on boiler or no hot water. Laundry €15, back in 24hr. Beds not most comfortable but clean, view unbeatable.
Pistachio cannoli for the win. Also, clean bathrooms and ingenious floor pump system for water faucets.
Good: pastries, coffee both excellent but Bad: bathrooms (no soap or hot water for washing hands, and a weak hand dryer)
We got the can of pringles my wife has been craving here for £1.50 less than a street vendor. Good selection of everything, but not organized that well (crisps are in 3-4 different places). Busy.
Wonderful and fun service, delicious meat, cheese, and bread, but my wife *may* have gotten food poisoning here. 4 hours later she was vomiting. Not sure if gloves used during cutting of cheeses.
