Top of the rock is beautiful at night but, you can make it during sunset; it's perfect! The view is spectacular. I recommend getting a CityPass, which allows you to bypass the long ticket line

Recomendo a vista à noite.- Top of the Rock is cooler than the rest of the Rock. The multi-level outdoor Observation Deck at the top of Rockefeller Center is a historic "must see" experience for New York City visitors
