Chelsea ChandlerOcak 24, 2013Office staff so ridiculously rude about EVERYTHING ! Don't bother trying to get anything fixed or trying to find a reason why you go over on your utilities EVERY month. They don't care.- They charge $5 to fix your light bulb if it goes out
- Does loud yard work at 7 am every morning. Extremely noisy.
- Staff stole a waterpipe from my apt when they came to fix the constantly broken toilet and sink.
