- The carnitas. Fried pork served only on the weekends. Reminds me of what my family use to make. And get the orchata. Trust me. You won't regret it.

- Goat consomme, Torta Albanil, nachos, chilaquiles. Best meats are cecina, chorizo, al pastor, carnitas and barbacoa on the weekends
